Want to create a healthier environment at home? Start with regular replacement of household filters! Many filters need to be replaced and/or cleaned regularly, and we are here to help you understand how often you need to replace the filters in your home.

1. Water Filter

Refrigerator water filter: It is recommended that you replace the refrigerator water filter every 6 months.    The carbon filter should be replaced every 6 to 9 months*
   RO membrane should be replaced every 2-3 years*

2. Air purifier filter

There are a large number of Refrigerator Air Filters, many of which use one or more different types of filters. Depending on the filter type, how often should you replace the air purifier filter:

   HEPA filter: Replace every 12-18 months
   Carbon filter: Replace every 3-6 months
   Pre-filter: clean every 30 days
   The permanent filter should be cleaned every 3 months, if damaged, replace it

3. Humidifier filter

How often should the humidifier filter be replaced? According to the usage and water quality, replace the humidifier filter every 1-2 months.

If you use the humidifier every day, you need to replace the filter every 2 months. If you have hard water, you need to replace the filter every month.

4. Range hood filter

Do I need to replace the cooker hood filter?

You will usually find the cooker hood filter in the cooker above the stove, or if your microwave is above the cooker; you will find the cooker hood filter under the microwave. Some models have filter maintenance lights to let you know when you need to replace them. If your model does not have the filter lamp replaced, you should check and clean the cooker hood filter every 1 to 3 months. If you are cooking on the stove, you need to check them more frequently. Many range hood filters slide out of the range hood and can be easily cleaned.
